Stocks end flat once again
Stocks gave up gains and ended flat as investors sold off banking and healthcare shares on fears that White House’s overhaul on these sectors will hurt profit. President Obama said that it is time to pass his sweeping healthcare overhaul in Congress after a year of debate. And adding to worries, a draft of the latest proposal to regulate the financial industry will include rules to ban proprietary trading.
